If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will give you a 14-day money back guarantee from the time you receive your goods.
You will need to return the un-used product/s to us with tags attached, in it’s original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Please return the product/s via registered post and pre pay all postage. You will assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Sapling Child Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If your Sapling product/s was purchased from a 3rd party site or store, the product must be returned to the original place of purchase directly.
