Refund policy

Products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.  Products must be unworn, in their original packaging and have their tags attached.  We are only able to accept returns from purchases made directly through saplingchild.com or at our store.  If you purchased your Sapling garment from another retailer, please contact them directly.

To begin a return please contact charles@saplingchild.com who will be able to help you with your return.

*Please note we recommend that you return your product to us via registered post. Sapling Child will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
